Get StartedOn Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays you will find us at Berwick, Jells Park, Frankston, Mentone or Waverley Park helping runners just like you to improve on their speed and general fitness. Our track sessions involve tempos, intervals, fartleks, time trials and other types of training designed to help you improve your running.
Each Wednesday night we offer a longer more challenging trail run, approx. 8-10km to work on improving your skills, elevation or distance. Pace may vary based on the abilities of the group.
Throughout the year we organise social events for our members. Some of the things we get up to include post-training dinners, celebrating RUOK Day, our Birthday in October each year, our Christmas Party, trivia nights, and post-race get-togethers.
