On Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays you will find us at Berwick, Jells Park, Edithvale, Frankston, Mentone or Waverley Park helping runners just like you to improve on their speed and general fitness. Our track sessions involve tempos, intervals, fartleks, time trials and other types of training designed to help you improve your running.
Each Wednesday night we offer two trail running sessions that are ideal for those who are training for their first trail run or those who are stepping up their training to more advanced levels.
Throughout the year we organise social events for our members. Some of the things we get up to include post-training dinners, celebrating RUOK Day, our Birthday in October each year, our Christmas Party, trivia nights, and post-race get-togethers.
